Platform as a Service Disclaimer

• Silverbulls.io operates as a Platform as a Service (PaaS), integrating a user's broker account with our system for algorithmic trading.
• All trades are executed via APIs linked to the user's brokerage account, Silverbulls.io does not perform any trading itself.
• Silverbulls.io is not a cryptocurrency broker, exchange, or wallet service and does not hold or manage user funds.
• In case of any cyberattack on our platform or on the broker's platform, Silverbulls.io is not responsible for any data loss, security breaches, or financial losses incurred by users.

Subscription Plans & Fees

1. Subscription Charges

• Users can choose between half-yearly and annual subscription plans when subscribing/investing/following any strategy.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• The subscription grants access to our trading algorithms but does not guarantee profitability.

2. Algorithmic Strategy Commission Fees

• A 30% Algo strategy commission fee is applied only on profitable trades.
• No commission fees are charged on losing trades.
• Silverbulls.io is not liable to pay any compensation, refund, or reimbursement in cases of trading losses.
